We teach self-defense techniques that emphasize technique, not strength. It is designed for women taking on a bigger and stronger attacker. When is the best or worse time to defend and how to use the attacker's strength to your own advantage.
FOR WOMAN
This program is not about doing complicated techniques that never work anyway. It teaches how to think smart and use the strenght of the attacker as leverage.
The Titan Karate Women Program consists of more than 30 Self-Defense techniques that put the emphasis on fighting smart and not with strength. Chokes, Rape, Hair Grabs, Escapes, and many more examples are covered. We also make sure that you understand your body by introducing groundwork, the proper way to get up and fall, how to use your hips and legs with movement - by way of the Fitness section. An extremely well-rounded program that can be completed by any woman, regardless of fitness or age.
